I am Vicențiu Vlad, the host. StockEstate Moieciu is a house we rent out whole, to one group at a time, and manage directly, without intermediaries. The chalet has 7 en-suite bedrooms, 550 m², an outdoor pool heated all year round, and it is 10 minutes from Bran Castle.
How we work
I answer personally on WhatsApp at +40 750 464 280, usually within minutes between 9:00 and 21:00. Booking is direct on the site, with a 50% deposit paid by card; the balance is paid on arrival. Entry is by access code, with no waiting, and we issue invoices to companies.
The house rules are few and clear: the chalet is rented only to the group that booked, with no extra guests; outdoor music stops at 22:00; the pool can be used until 23:00. The full version is in the house rules.
